HorstBizz is establishing good business relations between Dutch, English and German clients and Polish and Rumanian producers. We do this in a way that is unique. We do not only establish the relation but also maintain it by adding several services as quality control and price negotiations for our clients.
For our clients is it not necessary to know the Polish or Rumanian business culture to do good business with these countries.

The "core business" off HorstBizz is the development of new international contacts between companies. We are 'matching' your business culture with a Polish business culture and this is in most cases more difficult than you think. We are doing this in several branches and market segments by using a network organization. Specialties off HorstBizz are production in wood and metal and the branches displays and  shop fittings.

Sourcing & Matching 
HorstBizz only works business to business through the network principle. We have 4 offices in Poland and 2 in Rumania and have agents in Czech republic and China. We use native business people who know the production possibilities well but they all have also lived for a longer period in West  Europe.

Communication & Buying
When we do not have the right 'match' for your company we will search for it. When we have found this company we will screen it and will give you a short insight in this company. When you want we can visit this firm together with our business partners. These business partners will do the negotiations with this company. And sometimes these negotiations are going totally different then we are used to do in western Europe. When the relation is established we will provide you with the necessary services in a way as if you are doing business with a company in your neighborhood. We will arrange the transport, custom clearance etc. The production in Poland is the most profitable when your products need a lot off manual work done by skilled workers. The results we have created for our clients is best seen in the reduction off their costs. We established between in the years 1999 to 2005 a deduction off their buying costs between 9 to 47%.

Reality.
HorstBizz has a high score in finding the right companies and persons. We even work for companies that already have good contacts in Poland or have their own production facilities in Poland. But we are very selective which companies we work for.
